Our annual​ ​​Christmas Fun Swim is taking place again this year on Christmas morning.  The event is open to all ages and all levels of ability, you don’t have to be a “swimmer” to participate, just be willing to walk, run or jump into the sea on Christmas morning…getting wet is what it’s all about.

Fun swim takes place at Blackrock, Salthill at 11am and for anyone who hasn’t experienced Blackrock on Christmas morning it’s a must and an unforgettable start to your Christmas Day…a great way to work up an appetite for Xmas dinner!

Hot drink​, encouragement ​and charity t-shirt provided for all our participants.  Can’t make it to Salthill, don’t worry, participants who wish to complete the swim at their local beach, river etc. are welcome to do so.

Encourage your family and friends to participate with you in this great end of year event.  All monies raised will benefit DSI Galway Branch and its speech therapy project ‘Voices for Down Syndrome Galway’
