Education seminars to support children in Preschool, Primary school and Second Level

We are delighted to advise that Fidelma Brady, Down Syndrome Ireland Education Officer will be in Galway from Tuesday February 6th to Saturday February 10th

She will present a number of education seminars to support children in Preschool, Primary school and Second Level in addition to individual school visits. Please see below for further information regarding dates, times, venue and registration

  • Individual School Visits – Tuesday 6th to Friday 9th Feb
  • Preschool seminar – Parents and Professionals – Wednesday 7th Feb
  • Primary School seminar to support children from Junior Infants to 3rd Class – TEACHERS & SUPPORT STAFF – Thursday 8th February
  • Primary School seminar to support children from Junior Infants to 3rd Class – PARENTS – Thursday 8th February
  • Conference to Support students with Down syndrome from 4th class and the transition to Second Level – Saturday 10th February

Individual School Visits

Fidelma will be available to make a limited number of school visits during the week Tuesday 6th – Friday 9th February to provide support and advise to schools directly.

Suggested audience: parents and professionals working with children from 4th Class onwards.
